A Business IT graduate, Rob developed his skills at businesses around the world, helping to expand and consolidate numerous IT operations.

James Stelfox

With a BSc in Information Systems Management, James began his career in financial services before taking senior IT security roles at multinational firms, including JPMorgan and Citigroup, where he managed the delivery of several high-profile global projects.

James leads the day to day running of our business support and account management functions, working with colleagues across QuoStar to ensure we continue to deliver the highest level of service to all our clients.

Andrew Forder

With over 20 years’ experience working with companies of all sizes, across all sectors, Andy heads up our sales team, guiding client strategy and removing risk within IT operations, which has been key to QuoStar’s expansion. Andy helps our clients on their transformational journeys, assessing and building the right mix of services for their internal skill sets with the goal of QuoStar becoming an extension of their own IT team.

Andy is passionate about helping clients solve their business challenges and maximise the return on their IT investments, using innovative and automated solutions to find the best service wrap for each customer.

Simon Gadsby

A certified ISO 20000 and ITIL practitioner, Simon is a Business IT graduate with over 15 years’ experience in delivering IT services to all sizes of enterprise.

Consistently driving improvement within Technical Operations, Simon enables QuoStar to remain ahead of the game by continuing to offer new, innovative and relevant products and services. In addition to his main role, Simon consults as a key account manager and virtual IT Director for several QuoStar clients.

David Clarke

In his role as Head of Security, David leads the CISO Service for QuoStar. This provides businesses with the cyber-security skills and experience to manage the multiple threats and rapidly changing risk landscape of today.

David is responsible for implementing change, awareness, and maintaining information security-related risks for QuoStar clients, with a focus on reducing operational risks and improving ROI.

Over a 25-year cyber-security career, David has worked within FTSE100 businesses and SMEs across financial services, government, utilities and FinTech. His previous roles have included Global Head of IT Security at BT and at Radianz, formally Reuters. David has been responsible for managing the security infrastructure and delivery of ISO 27001 across several multi-billion/trillion-dollar environments.

David is recognised as a Top 10 influencer by Thompson Reuters and as a Top 50 global expert by Kingston Technology. He is one of the UK’s Top 30 most influential thought-leaders in risk management, compliance and regtech.

David’s qualifications and associations include CPNI, Prince2, ISO 27001, Lead Auditor Certified, C|CISO, FBCS, BSc and MSc

Chris White

Our head of strategic consultancy Chris grew his extensive IT consultancy skills in the financial services and legal sectors. Chris previously held senior roles at NPI and Shroders, and was CIO at international law firm Ashurst before moving to Kennedys and Mimecast. Prior to joining QuoStar, Chris was Global CIO at international law firm Clyde & Co.

Neil Clark

Neil has designed, built and managed numerous cloud platforms and teams of significant scale over his career. In 15 years’ plus of technical experience, Neil has led enterprise scale transformation and synergy programmes that have delivered proven business value. Among the large-scale, multi-million-pound projects he has run are data centre and cloud migrations.

Gavin Vickers

A well-respected industry expert, Gavin’s previous technical lead experience includes a privileged access management solution design and rollout for a UK based lending and retail savings provider and a DR refresh and perimeter security project for one of the world’s largest travel leisure companies.

With a First Class BSc (Hons) in Computer Network Management, Gavin spent over 15 years in managed service provision at Blue Chip/GCI/Nasstar, Before this, he developed his skills in datacentre architecture on a large contract supporting, designing and implementing IT solutions including multi-region Exchange DAGs, Campus sized networking and routing, full stack virtualisation platform (VMware, EMC, Cisco + replication and DR).

Gavin’s approach to all projects is hands-on, security-centric and logical, working within strict bureaucracy, such as CAB, TDA and PRINCE2 etc. He holds a range of certifications including Cisco, VMware, Dell/EMC, Microsoft, Fortinet and ITIL.

Becca Montgomery

Becca ensures excellence in our business operations by liaising with vendors to achieve optimum value and ensure the most effective solutions for QuoStar clients. Becca also takes responsibility for internal business improvement projects, where her focus is on increasing efficiencies and improving client services.
