As the Managing Director of QuoStar, I bring over 20 years of extensive experience in the IT industry. Throughout my career, I have led numerous large-scale e-commerce projects, demonstrating a commercial focus and a deep understanding of client needs.
My journey in the IT sector has been a blend of technical expertise and commercial insight, driving growth and innovation. I have a proven track record of leading diverse teams to success while managing a collaborative and results-driven environment.

I am trained as a chartered accountant at Deloitte where I advised companies on mergers and acquisitions before spending a number of years working at a leading private equity fund.
I am responsible for all things finance as well as acquisition activities.
I deliver leadership, growth strategies, and execution for acquisitions and organic growth.
I have experience in PE-backed businesses, leading diverse teams across locations to achieve commercial and technological success.
I bring extensive experience in tech, including prior roles at Deloitte, various tech companies, and founding the UK G-Cloud team.
I strive to deliver excellence in our business operations by liaising with vendors to optimise value and ensure QuoStar clients have access to the best solutions on the market. I also take responsibility for internal business improvement projects, with a focus on increasing efficiencies and improving client services.
I’ve been with QuoStar for 6 years, and was instrumental in onboarding and supporting the recruitment process for all new employees during a major period of growth. During this time, I grew the business services team, which encompasses finance, HR and general office management.
After graduating with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Computer Network Management, I started out honing my skills in datacentre architecture on a large contract designing and implementing multi-region IT solutions.
I spent the next 15 years in managed services at Nasstar, on projects ranging from privileged access management to disaster recovery and perimeter security. Across all of these engagements I take the same approach: hands-on, security-centric and logical – and working in line with PRINCE 2, TDA, CAB and other methodologies. Certifications across a number of vendor and industry frameworks including Cisco, VMware, Dell/EMC, Microsoft, Fortinet and ITIL ensure a consistent, rigorous and best practice approach.
I’m a business IT graduate with over 15 years’ experience delivering IT services to all sizes of enterprise. Over this time, my ISO 20000 and ITIL certifications helped me to maintain the highest standards across technical, project delivery, cloud and commercial sides of the business. But my passion has always been driving excellence in service operations.
Today, that’s exactly what I do, ensuring QuoStar maintains its technical advantage to deliver what the client wants, when it wants, and how it wants it. I also provide expert third-party strategic advice to clients as a fractional CIO.
Graduating with a BSc in Information Systems Management, I began my career in financial services, before taking senior IT security roles at multinational firms. For the next few years, I managed the delivery of multiple high-profile global projects at big names in the financial world including JPMorgan and Citigroup.
Having co-founded QuoStar with Robert nearly 25 years ago, I now lead the day-to-day running of our operation and finance functions. This means working with colleagues across the business to ensure we continue to deliver the highest level of service to all our clients.
I head up QuoStar’s sales team, drawing on 20 years’ experience working with companies of all sizes and across all sectors. My role in helping to guide client strategy and remove risk from IT operations has been instrumental to QuoStar’s business growth.
I help our clients on their transformation journeys, assessing and building the right mix of services for their in-house skill sets, with the ultimate goal of ensuring QuoStar works in harmony as an extension of their IT team.
