Sales and Client Services Coordinator (REF: QS-SCC-001)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 + excellent benefits | Location: Bournemouth

QuoStar is looking for a self-motivated Sales and Client Service Coordinator to work with the CEO and the sales teams to support the New Business and Account Managers in their day-to-day activities. This role is perfect for a talented individual, confident in their abilities with a real ambition to grow and develop themselves and their career. You will be assisting the New Business and Account Management teams in their key duties, enabling the teams to improve service for existing clients and new prospects. It’s about managing expectations and ensuring we are doing everything to win new business and more importantly keeping our existing clients happy.

The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced and enjoys a dynamic and continually changing environment. You should be comfortable taking ownership of your role and development and challenging others to do the same. The role presents an excellent opportunity to progress into various roles, including Sales Management, New Business and Account Management sales roles.

Office Coordinator (REF: QS-BSA-002)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits | Location: Bournemouth

We’re looking for a self-motivated, team player with a passion for delivering first-class customer service to join our Business Services team. You will work as part of a team to deliver and co-ordinate all of the back-office functions which enable the company to run effectively and efficiently.
