Service Desk Administrator (REF: QS-SDA-001)

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Service Desk Administrator to coordinate all communication and client-facing activities to and from our Service Desk. You will work as part of a team as the primary point of contact for our clients and their end users by logging all Service Desk tickets as they come in via telephone, email or remote monitoring tools.

Service Desk Engineer (REF: QS-SDE-006)

We’re looking for a driven, experienced professional with a passion for technology and customer service to join our established Service Desk team. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment you will be supporting a multitude of client and internal systems and applications, on-premise, in our own cloud environment and within public cloud services.

Senior Infrastructure Engineer (REF: QS-SIE-004)

We’re looking for a driven, experienced professional with a passion for technology and customer service to join our established technical teams as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a wide range of technical infrastructure projects, both client-facing and internal.

QuoStar is looking to recruit an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of valued clients, championing our business and the business of our clients. This role is a largely client facing role which requires you to work on an ongoing service level whilst also assisting with and managing strategic long-term and short-term objectives.

We’re looking for a confident, competitive and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. Working directly with the company founders you'll be responsible for selling IT outsourcing and consultancy services, and growing the business beyond its (already healthy) year-on-year growth.
