Systems Management Team Leader (REF: QS-SMTL-001)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits | Location: Bournemouth

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and driven professional to join our Systems Management team. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment you will be responsible for developing and implementing QuoStar’s proactive support methods. You will have experience in identifying areas of technical risk and enjoy developing new ways to eliminate reactive issues. You will complete the QuoStar onboarding process for all new clients to our high standards.
You will have an excellent understanding of all major IT systems and the ability to pick up new technologies and third party applications quickly. A determined and resourceful individual, you will be results driven with a flexible and positive attitude.

Service Desk Team Leader (REF: QS-SDTL-001)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits | Location: Bournemouth

We’re looking for a driven, experienced professional with a passion for technology and delivering excellent customer service to lead our Service Desk team. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment you will ensure that Service Desk incidents and problems are managed efficiently with client satisfaction and maintaining QuoStar’s world-class standards. You will manage both the internal and client facing service to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively. You will also have the knowledge and experience to resolve any service ticket escalations.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and experience of running a service team with aspirations of developing a career in service delivery while maintaining their technical roots.

Inside Sales Executive (REF: QS-ISE-001)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (DOE) OTE £40,000 + excellent benefits | Location: Bournemouth

The primary focus of this role is to locate and qualify new prospects by generating interest in the company’s products and services. This role is key to ensuring the increase of our client base in line with our strategy. You will develop business by lead generation and qualification with the aim to develop long-term relationships with key contacts. This is an exciting role for a results-orientated high achiever who has consistently achieved and exceeded targets in a similar role. On the job training will be provided in order for you to gain a high level of understanding of the products and services. This role can be used to gain experience to allow you to develop a career in IT sales.

Service Desk Coordinator (REF: QS-SDC-001)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 + Excellent Benefits | Location: Bournemouth

Due to continued expansion, we’re recruiting for a Service Desk Coordinator to play a key role within our Service Operations coordinating all communications and client-facing activities to and from our Service Desk. Working as part of a team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients and their end-users, logging all Service Desk tickets as they come in, you will be responsible for attaining maximum utilization of technical resources through daily dispatch of service requests. Top organisational skills are essential for this role as you’ll be collecting information from multiple touch points (telephone, email, remote monitoring tools), dispatching tickets and arranging time slots for engineers to carry out necessary work.

We’re looking for a driven, experienced professional with a passion for technology and customer service to join our established technical teams as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment you will be technical lead on a wide range of projects and providing support escalation from other teams. Account Manager (REF: QS-ACM-001)

You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of valued clients. This role is client facing, which requires you to work on an ongoing service level whilst also assisting with and managing strategic long-term and short-term objectives. You will build strong relationships with our clients on various levels as well as acquire thorough knowledge about their business. You will present technical solutions to non-technical people as well as those with technical knowledge – with the support of the QuoStar technical teams as required. You will be a champion for our business and the business of our clients.

Business Development Executive (REF: QUO-BDE-003)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £25,000 to £40,000 basic (DOE) - £100,000 OTE (uncapped) + car allowance + excellent benefits | Location: Bournemouth

To sell outsourcing services and consultancy to small and mid-sized organisations (50 – 500 users). This role is responsible for all aspects of business development, from responding to marketing generated enquiries and generating your own leads - through to attending meetings, building relationships, writing proposals and closing business.
