Infrastructure Engineer 2 (REF: QS-IFE-002)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits | Location: Bournemouth

We’re looking for a driven, experienced professional with a passion for technology and customer service to join our established technical teams as a Level 2 Infrastructure Engineer. You will work with a multitude of client and internal systems and applications, on-premise, in our own cloud environment and within public cloud services. You will have good knowledge and experience of Azure.

Service Desk Coordinator (REF: QS-SDC-001)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 + Excellent Benefits | Location: Bournemouth

Due to continued expansion, we’re recruiting for a Service Desk Coordinator to play a key role within our Service Operations coordinating all communications and client-facing activities to and from our Service Desk. Working as part of a team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients and their end-users, logging all Service Desk tickets as they come in, you will be responsible for attaining maximum utilization of technical resources through daily dispatch of service requests. Top organisational skills are essential for this role as you’ll be collecting information from multiple touch points (telephone, email, remote monitoring tools), dispatching tickets and arranging time slots for engineers to carry out necessary work.
