Job Title: Senior Engineer/Consultant

Job Description:
Working in our technical development team, you will take a major role in consulting and supporting our customer base. You will also play a role in the development of our service offerings.

There will be a typical 50/50 split in your workload between third-line support and internal/external projects/consultancy. You will have had experience working in a similar role, providing solutions and support to organisations, from the large enterprise to the small single-office environment.

Communications and presentation skills are essential, as you will be expected to attend client meetings in a pre- and post-sales capacity.

Core Requirements:
2000/2003 Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SBS, Citrix, Firewalls, Networking - LAN/WAN, Veritas/Symantec Backup Exec, Degree or equivalent

Desired Requirements (2 minimum):
MCSE, CCNA, SharePoint, VMWare, Scripting, Clustering, SQL, Websense, Penetration testing

Experience: At least three years' experience in a similar role
