Job title: Junior Engineer/Consultant

Job Description:
Working in our technical support team in Bournemouth, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer base and our internal systems on a first-/second-line support capacity. You will also undertake installation work at customers' sites.
Typical duties will involve resolving desktop issues with users (via the telephone and remote support tools), along with server administration and support. You will also undertake on-site support and installation work at customers' sites.

You will have good communications skills, the ability to work under pressure (with minimal supervision) and, most of all, will have an ambition to progress your career.

Package: Negotiable

Core requirements:
XP, 2000, 2003 Server, SBS, Basic Networking, Symantec Ghost, PC build and fix

Desired requirements:
MCP, CCNA, Object based firewalls, data cabling

Experience: At least 1 year's experience in a similar role

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
